First: File\Extensions\Geoprocessing (tick Geoprocessing)\Ok (make default)

View \ add theme \  (choose theme which you want)

View\ GeoprocessingWizard\Dissolve feature base on an attitude\next

+ 1. Select theme to dissolve (default)

+ 2. Select an attitude to dissolve (choose an attitude which you want to dissolve)

+ 3. Specify the output file (choose path output file)

Choose (area by sum) or another variable

Finish
